Ok... so i've been off my game the last couple weeks. Things going on in my personal life have affected my desire to push towards weight loss at this time.

I decided to go into maintenance mode, trying to keep between 165-170. I want to be happy where i am for a while, and while my goal of 155 is in the back of my mind i can't get totally satisfied. So i decided to enjoy where i am right now. I can easily adjust if i get up higher than 170.. and i'm not gonna fight to get below 165.

I got a new scale since i've been using my WII fit for so long. This way i can closely monitor my fluctuations. This morning my fluctation between before and after i went for my jog was like 3 lbs!.. i had a really heavy dinner, which ikinda regretted, so i'm kinda doing a liquid diet today. My weigh ins will be sporadic, as i see fit. And i'm going to continue jogging and toning, but just try to maintain my weight for a bit.

Honestly, i feel that if i got to 155 by my original goal date, i would go right back up to 160 b/c i'm not really able to "maintain" as well as i'd like.

I've also decided to slow down as I get closer to ideal weight. I adjusted my RDI for slower weight loss. Maintenance is as important weight loss.

@rune i agree... i feel frustrated that i'd be forcing my body to go lower than its ready to go right now, and then have to fight to keep it there...

Don't feel too bad. I've been out of my game too last two weeks. Keep up the exercise all around makes you feel better.
