早餐:藍莓優格多多蛋白飲.芭樂半顆.
午餐-2人份:涼拌雞絲.炸蝦仁雲吞.地瓜葉.牛肉湯...以上各1/2份;豬肉飯我沒吃.餐後來一杯無糖潽洱茶(少冰).
