補昨天8/28一天餐飲:
早餐:抹茶拿鐵蛋白飲+昨晚買的泡菜燒肉壽司1/2條.
午餐:滷雞腿1支+滷蛋2顆(蛋黃沒吃)+和風海藻生菜(7-11)+無糖燕麥1瓶.
晚餐:鍋燒冬粉+炸排骨2塊+炸雞排2塊.
