早餐:冬瓜牛奶蛋白飲1杯.
午餐:酸辣海鮮鍋(白飯半碗).
運動後晚餐:辣雞胸肉1片+1顆水煮蛋+1顆牛蕃茄+1小顆酪梨🥑.
