8/10一天餐飲:
早餐:咖哩雞胸肉1份+水煮蛋1顆+ON巧克力蛋白飲.
午餐:單純叫鴨肉飯.居然有配菜😰只能眼睜睜挑掉不吃.浪費了🤦🏻‍♀️
晚餐-運動前:老公便當裡的滷豆腐1整塊+雕魚燒半片+鯊魚肉3塊+控肉的皮😁+LCA養樂多1小罐.
晚上運動回來:水煮蛋1顆+LCA養樂多1小罐.
