7/29一天餐飲:
早餐:拿鐵乳清蛋白飲+雞胸肉+水煮蛋.老公另外幫他煮麵+貢丸+蛋.
午餐:吃一個跟手掌一樣大的芋泥泡芙.配白開水.
晚餐:運動完一樣喝拿鐵乳清蛋白飲.回家再吃涼筍沙拉+水煮蛋.老公晚餐已自理了.這盤涼筍沙拉就全部下我肚了🤣😋
