Tomorrow will be week 2 back in this. My weekend wasn't so hot.. didn't really track... didn't make the best choices.. but i know a day (or 2) isn't going to make or break my diet. And i feel like if i go hard and 100 at my monday thru friday (calories lower than usual and stay tracking) my weekends should be mine in moderation. Well we'll see lol.

I feel awesome... i'm starting to really see myself getting to where i was and am feeling way more confident than i was. i even took some "progression" pictures (since its not really an after since i'm just getting back in to this) and the improvement is very noticable. Almost unbelieveable...

Have a great healthy day fs buddies :).. weigh in on friday!.. as of right now i only need 1.4 a week down to hit my Nov 12 goal. :)

I ended up putting my scale under my sink! Even my doctor told me to put it away and not worry about it. It's more important for me to eat healthy and to exercise. My body is going to regulate itself and lose in the timeline that it's supposed to. I'm happy with that knowledge (as it has been doing its thing *g*), so I have had to let my scale go. It can be hard! You keep up the great work! If you're feeling good, then that is all that matters. A scale can't give you the 'feeling.'
