今天工作实在太忙,没时间煮饭做菜,蔬菜全部都用黄瓜代替主要图省事,午餐吃的晚 可能饿太久所以吃了很多蛋白质主要能顶饱,今天的午餐吃成了下午茶,四点半才完,所以晚餐吃不下太多,就想吃点清淡的黄瓜🥒
