Naiomy's Journal, 16 Aug 10

Decided not to count calories this weekend... had a nice chill couple days... Sunday i might have overdone it some.. :/ but really... my weekends have to be mine.. I can make much better decisions than I did once upon a time. And if I can manage to still lose anything then I know just to be careful on the weekends but that I can definitley make this a lifestyle that i will stick with. My weekdays are way structured.

To hit my goal I'll have to lose a pound a week for the rest of this year. But that's to hit is by December 31st. I technically have until January 13th, which gives me some room. And to be totally honest..lol.. if I get NEAR my goal by then I'll be so happy that it wouldn't matter. I know that I worked my ass off this year.. not even the whole year, full force since April, and I've accomplished so much.

Not just the weightloss.

The change of lifestyle.
My physical strength.
The desire to be better than I've ever been.

I've reached all those goals, and just want to keep pushing them to be better.

One pound a week is definitely do-able. You've got this! I love your other goals too, especially the last one. Isn't it amazing how taking charge of just one important aspect of your life can inspire you to take charge of everything else? :)

Your doing great and keep it up. I think you should have some time just to be you and not so much about the diet. Sounds like you know what you want are are going for it. Good luck

Definitely! That's one thing I've realized as well; I am important and worth something and I need to start really taking good care of myself and my body.
