減醣第99天 晚餐🍽️-海鮮小麥麵(冰箱有什麼就加什麼😁~蛤蜊,鮮蚵,紅白蘿蔔,香菇,雪白菇,絲瓜,豆腐,小麥麵條)(麵條我只吃幾口)(小紅報到第三天,沒秤重,隨便吃吃……另外還吃了一片全麥吐司+低脂起司片+82%巧克力)
