周日又起晚了,还是Brunch,看着端午的粽子快要过期了还是勉为其难的拿来吃,因为碳水太高🙄 GI太高🙄但是又不能浪费粮食… 还有一个败笔是那一堆麻花碎,这是我老妹从天津给我带的特产,说实话特想吃,但一直没吃,我觉得不吃就要过期了…本着不浪费选择吃了30g,吃了这么多高碳水高GI食物,只能用两个鸡蛋来平衡饮食了…
