Today, Wed 12 Sep. It is not a good day for me. My plan is to do IF by skipping dinner. But today I had a lunch appointment with my colleagues and I ate a portion of egg noodles (this is the thing I tried to avoid for the past couple of weeks). It was damn nice....
After many weeks avoiding this type of noodle, I experienced hunger attack about 5 hours after lunch. And the hunger is the type I cannot neglect. It has been long since I felt this. No choice, I needed to eat something to satiate my hunger.
*sigh* Now I learned how refined carbs react on my body...
