It is fairly easy. All you need to do is mix everything in a bowl. I use these ingredients as dressing: Light soy sauce, Lemon juice or rice vinegar for acidity, pinch of salt and pepper, Olive oil, sesame oil and sesame seed for sprinkle. The salad I used: mushroom (I prefer the crunchy mushroom. In this pic, I used black fungus. I believe white fungus is nice as well) shredded Pork (in this pic. But you also can use chicken breast for example) Cucumber Chili (optional) Basically you can put anything that you like to have in salad. :) I only made this based on what I have in fridge or my kitchen cabinet.
