So after 6 weeks of reducing fats, eating carbs, increased protein, counting calories, meeting my Macros, averaging 1600 calories per day, I gained 10 pounds. I didn't do any weight training to gain muscle, so don't even suggest it. It's not muscle, it's fat. After returning to the strict low carb KETO life style, limiting carbs to less than 20 grams, increasing my fat, reducing protein, and forgetting about counting calories, I've lost 3 of the 10 pounds. How do you like them apples? All you KETO haters, chomp on that! KETO works and works well.
