I am starting week three on hcg. I think I will do the short round and switch to Wheat Belly to continue. My family are such sabatures for an hcg protocol. Since I made the choice to get this weight off ( not recorded here 213.8) , I am down 9 pounds. I am doing the 12 week challenge and week one I met the first 2 pound goal. This is doable.

Not totally on target for the diet I am on, but heading in the right direction for this challenge.I only had one day of carb cravings and ended up eating too many calories causing a .6 gain. Back on track for a 2 pound release...
Happy about that.I have lost 6 inches in the measurable places and notice my face is thinning.
