Looks yummy! Nicely balanced! 🙋🏻 If you cook up extra you can actually take leftovers for lunches! Or do you not like cold for lunches like that? Or have a place to warm it up? 🤷🏻♀️So much nicer than a sandwich. I’ve gotten to be such a snob about them! LOL I only eat them occasionally because of all the carbs and stuff that get piled on them. 🙆🏻
