After my night shift, i straight go for my 5.7km and follow by some plank. Reach home and rest awhile. upon checking my weight for today, im shocked and did it again . im not really sure what happen and i did try my scale for more than 5 times. im still cant believe it and i assume my scale spoil hahaha.. Welll..Hoorayy!!! then as i manage to lose some again >_< alright guys this is for today. im heading to bed, goodnight fatsecret family and good luck on your journey.
