Went dancing today and that was fun! Kept eating to an ok level. Drinking as much water as I can stand! Trying to add fiber, so I printed out the food list from yesterday where I added all kinds of things that I will eat and will put the list on the fridge to remind myself what I am doing with adding fiber and increasing protein
