Basil tomato and smashed avocado on olive baguette slices. And a nice mushroom and vegan cheddar omelette with truffle Parmesan and black garlic spice.

So I believe I got this from my local Trader Joe’s. It’s the Kalamata olive ciabatta bread. So yummy! I cut it into the servings the loaf should be and then pre slice it and freeze it. So all I have to do is toast it when ready. That winds up being about 4 little slices. Which is enough to eat on the side for whatever.

And the truffle Parmesan and black garlic spice I got in a huge shaker at Costco. It makes everything taste better. I don’t know how I lived without it for so long.
