Aahh, Grapefruit is recommended for weight loss. I agree. It’s annoying to eat, time consuming, messy. 30 min later I’m over it 😂

I LOVE grapefruit and agree with you they are too much work. I used to be ostopenia and on a bone med for awhile and could not have them and missed them. But I went off the bone meds and started strength training so I get to enjoy their goodness now. My doctor also said as long as I keep strength training I should not have to worry about osteopenia ever again!
