What kinds of food are you taking? My daily acceptable, minimal protein intake is 37.8 gm, based on my weight and my age group needs 46 gm. But my average protein intake is 50-60 gm, and I learned I need 52.5-105 gm for weight loss. So I am satisfied with my meal choice.

Today, I found my daily intake of sugar and cholesterol is over limits, so wondering how. Even though I don't add sugar or eat meat/fish a lot, the foods I consume naturally contain enough sugar and cholesterol. In other words, I am getting enough nutrition from foods and do not need extra ones. Also, at this time, I learned bananas and apples are high in Carbs, but apples have a low glycemic score of 39, meaning they have a small impact on blood sugar, whereas bananas have a score of 62. Daily, I only eat half a portion of each.
