又回來了！😰可能昨天午餐吃的肉太鹹+鹹零食又吃太多，造成之後喝的水大多積在體內😰昨晚體重就暴漲然後嘴角還怪怪的😱

除濕機從九月房間滲水就開到現在每天沒停過😑只是時間縮短為三個小時左右
