Thank you NAVY, Jen and IALF. 😊 It was basically leftovers, but tasty. The salad dressing, used as a veggie dip is Ken's and is the Lite version, 90 calories for 2 tbsps. 👍

Thank you Erquiaga, Buenita and ridemariel. It was a nice little lunch. Buenita, the tea is my mother-in-law's recipe. It's sweetened cinnamon (canela in spanish) and black tea and it's a favorite in our family. 😋
