Here we are at day two and I already am feeling 50% better than I did just yesterday... I had pics from yesterday morning to this morning and the difference in just 24 hours is noticeable.. Mainly bc I needed to up my water intake... Back to feeling that I can totally do this... And it feels great :)...
Missed peeking in at ur journals and seeing how well everybodys doing... Feel caught up... And motivated :)... Thanks for everybodys kind words!!! Hope to have my before and afters to post soon.. Have had for a few weeks but felt like I needed to get totally back to my "after" size before I posted it lol
