257 cals and as random as my thoughts this morning. It’s really more of a snack. Did 30 min cardio and 60 min weights on coffee only this morning. Going for heavy lunch!

Great Morning! Cardio first or weights first?

Today was cardio first. I’m pretty random with my cardio and wasn’t planning on lifting an hour after cardio but guess my second wind kicked in. I rested yesterday and slept pretty well so I was ready.
