I gained a lot of weight from cheating yesterday. I’m not sure I can call it cheat day, because my diet was the same, but I just ate more 🤔.
Anyway I gained less weight than I expected. I thought that I would’ve gained more than 2kg, because I lost a lot of water weight. But it turned out I gained roughly 1kg.
Now I’m returning to OMAD starch based diet, and will stay in this diet until gym open, or until I can see my lower abs.
I think tomorrow I will return to before-cheating weight.
