Alright I know it has been a long time but the last time I recorded a food entry I found out that I was 6 weeks pregnant. So decided that I obviously couldn't continue to diet. I am back though now two days away from 13 weeks and I decided that I can still record what I eat I just wont be losing weight this time I will be making sure the way I gain this pregnancy weight will be steady and healthy for me and the baby.

I decided this because I am way to neurotic about my weight. I am terrified about becoming over weight again. After reading pregnancy books that all consistently said I would need to gain between 25 and 30 pounds I was overwhelmed with anxiety. I need the visual reassurance of the visual food diary to ease my anxiety.

So here is to the next 27 weeks in hopes for a happy healthy pregnancy.
