晚餐:400大卡左右
都是方便搞的菜到家40分钟就开饭啦
蒸小黄鱼100g蒸蛋100g虾仁炒芹菜150g西兰花250g笋汤

笋汤炖20分钟( 同时小黄鱼解冻一下) 等笋汤倒出来以后剩下的汤水用来水煮西兰花三分钟就完成 接着清蒸小黄鱼和蒸蛋都是9分钟可以同时一笼蒸 最后炒个芹菜虾仁就好啦
