Yesterday I intermittent fasting, skipped my breakfast, had a very big lunch, and only fruits for dinner.

Lunch was 10 slices of breads with bananas and jams. And dinner was pineapple, watermelon, and guava.
90.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 25.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
