Reflex all cheating yesterday, I gained a lot of weight, even I didn’t that much excess calories, but too much water weight is still unhealthy.
89.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 24.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 7 kg a Week

Not a reason to give up 🤪 next time remove the "fried" version and the rice with your fruits, that'll help! I'm eating tons of fruits and dates every day without gaining weight. Still can't believe it. I was told that fruits would be bad if you want to loose weight. That's not true! Our body and brain needs them a lot! I'm back to adding rice to my meals again, otherwise I would still be loosing weight. If you eat tons of fruits and veggies only, you should be save. Nuts and fats help to not loose too much weight as well.

If I cook I don’t use salt, oil, and sugar. But sometime I wanted to eat some snacks from market, so I bought it. All fruits have high nutrients density, only very few of them have high caloric density. Normally for fresh fruits you can eat as much as you want, because they contain a lot of nutrients with very little calories. And for high caloric dense fruits like durian and dry fruits, you only need limit other foods.
