Nasi 110gr (masak kebanyakan, dibuang syg)😅, wortel buncis tumis saus tiram, proteina goreng. Pertama kali nyobain proteina, krn digoreng doang rasanya agak aneh tp masih bisa dimakan. Next masak teriyaki/asam manis mgkin lebih enak

dimasukin ke kulkas aja kak,aku kalo masak 1 gelas buat 4-5 hari. kalo mau makan tinggal dikeluarin terus dipanasin di magic com/panci
