Happiness is getting a bag of freshly picked apples brought to me by a co worker. I’m so touched by his random act of kindness I don’t know what to say... I’ve lost count of the days on this one legged quarantining 🤷♀️ It’s all good though as I’m able to reconnect with myself, my wants and my needs...

Indeed, I love my apples!!! When I was sick for all those years I could not eat any veggies or fruit because my stomach was not able to digest any of it. I lived on soft mushy foods like mashed potatoes, ice cream, soups, cheese, chips, cookies etc. Perhaps that’s an other reason I cherish my crunchy fruits n veggies today... I can’t imagine a life style where I can’t eat fruits and veggies... Plant based for life 😊🙏💪🏻
