Started my journey in Jan 2018 .... managed to shed 13 kg, but lost my way in between. Went back to my ild ways of bad eating and am back to my starting weight. I have started on Keto and IF again ... hope i can stay strong and continue my journey .

everyone does.. losing weight is not easy even after u hit the target... my advise build more muscle to help loose weight faster.. dun give up💪💪
