Greetings! I am eating a lot of frozen dinners, so have to bump up the water intake to get rid of the salt! I have a broken stove, which makes it interesting to cook so I am getting lazy. Have kale to cook but no stove top, so maybe I will steam it in the microwave. Trying to keep to my diet, and with no stove, it's easier! Hope you are well - I am still "out in the world" as my mother says, working a couple of days outside on a construction site. So I have to stay healthy, and also think I need to lose more weight so will be getting back to the Rapid Fat Loss diet for a few weeks maybe starting tomorrow, depends on how I feel later.
