That sounds so good! I miss good Asian food. I had good intentions of making my own when we moved here, but have yet to even attempt making my own. Hm, may try it soon with your inspiration. 😊

Fyi, i used garlic, ground ginger and cayenne for seasoning. It also has garlic seasoned rice wine vinegar, peanut butter and soy sauce. The rice wine vinegar is key. Garnish with peanuts, scallions, lemon wedges and cilantro. Next time i am going to add a scrambled egg and i am going to try fried tofu in top.
