没太在意几分钟,就是水开了下进去,变色了在煮一会捞出来,筷子能戳动了出锅

1.第一種,水中加入一些油、鹽、白醋,燙1-2分鐘即可,避免流失過多營養成分 2.第二種,水快要冒泡就放入花椰菜🥦,適時添加冷水,不要讓水大滾(微微鍋底有冒小泡泡的程度即可),燙2-3分鐘即可完成✅ 二種都可以保持翠綠,第二種營養保留較多
