Sometimes things just work out. Yesterday was a busy day. I attended church, ran back home for lunch then had an engagement in the evening right at dinner time. It lasted longer than I expected and I didn't want to eat dinner that late. I had a snack instead and called it a night. I ate under goal, missed my protein goal but met all activity goals. BF down .3 Today is my birthday. I'm 66 years old and feeling blessed!!!
69.8 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
