It's hump day.
I've got much to say but since I'm home and refuse to get behind a keyboard, I will use my tablet and keep this entry short.
Slept 7 hrs - Win Gym (6:45 A.M. - 8:48 A.M. [ 1hr weights 1 hr cardio ]) - Win 12 oz Ribeye for 10 A.M. breakfast - Win Honey garlic rub on Ribeye - Lose
I was so excited thinking I was going to a nail a Zero carb day after a killer workout in the gym and I neglected to read the ingredients on the dry rub when I picked it out. The Ribeye was cooked at 400 degrees for 6 minutes on both sides in the air fryer with bacon grease added near the completion. Amazing!!!
I am relaxing on the couch, digesting this meat, watching "Let's Make a Deal", and as I read the ingredients on the dry rub, I am slightly annoyed about how I got tricked. The top label instructs me to rub 2 Tbsp per lb. Done. Guess what? The serving size is 1 tsp. "Friggen A!!!" 2 Tbsp = 6 servings. 18 carbs just like that. So much for my Zero carb planned day.
You live and learn. I should drown my screwup with eggnog. Nope, not happening.
Onward!
Haha, so much for short entry.

Nooo not the eggnog lol. if you like bbq sauce, G Hughes has an awesome one, 2 carbs, 2 tablespoons. I'd love a ribeye

na 18 carbs is still within budget and you worked it today. accidents happen and I think the cooking process dripped some of that off right

@HCB, I didn't watch either game (trying to get more sleep and it is working). @John10251, Keilin_4, thanks. @From371to184, no fiber - SMH. @adefwebserver, lessons learned. Thanks @baskington and @KayBuckaroo, the carb count wouldn't be that bad if it ended there but it didn't. I'm over it and back to correcting my course. Thanks everyone again.
