my weight has been stagnant since 1st dec! i need to start regularly exercising !
75 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Maybe can try reducing on carbohydrates 🤔

I second the carbohydrate reduction. It does more good than continually increasing activity.

You can start doing fasted cardio. 3x a week for half an hour. After which then you can eat your breakfast. And keep doing what you’ve been doing so far and it will surely give you your desired result. Remember! Discipline and consistency in KEY! Good luck ✌️
