It's been a long while. I've been really busy (with work, in work projects & Mom's birthday prep) this period of time when I'm MIA. Such that due to time constraints & other circumstances, I've slacked in my diet. So I wasn't expecting much when I weighed myself this morning. Instead I'm thinking I might've gotten heavier. But I was pleasantly surprised 😳 I didn't get any heavier, I had gotten a little lighter. Maybe it's due to increased activity? 🙄😜😅?
