well its been a long summer and I havent worried about the weight since May...happy to report its only 4lbs up but now its time to reign it in!!
I give myself 2 weeks to get back to 140 and 3 weeks to hit 138...
I AM ALL OVER IT!!!!!!!!!!!
65.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
