Good morning, Y'all! I put my macros menu together, printed out my menu and made the poached eggs before I went on my walk, so that I could have them ready for lunch. By 2:30-3ish, I still wasn't hungry, but I thought, "it's getting late, and I should eat." So, I finally forced down 1 1/2 of the eggs. I just couldn't eat. I was so full from priming that I had no appetite whatsoever.

On my brief walk yesterday, I noticed that both of my hips were still having some issues when walking up even the slightest incline. I suspect that it is arthritis, brought on by inflammation. It's like a house of cards: eat too much, get kicked out of ketosis, then rocket of inflammation, and plunge into the pool of pain.

One other symptom that I used to really struggle with, before going carnivore, was an increase of energy during bedtime, it would be like a surge of adrenaline when you get scared. It made it impossible for me to settle down and fall asleep. I had so many sleepless nights and I was exhausted all the time. I noticed this surge of adrenaline happen last night. It was a struggle to fall asleep.


On another note: my blood glucose/ketone meter died an early death this morning. So, this gives me a chance to try out the Keto-Mojo. I wanted one but felt like I would be cheating on my FORA Care meter...lol.
