Last night.

I had had a bigger dinner than usual, plus I could feel some causes of temporary gain since the last weigh-in, plus it was night. I highly doubt these 3 lbs were permanent. I will check again tomorrow, the day after, and so on. I can get away with weighing myself daily because I don’t even know where the scale is yet, where I moved (haven’t done it in a week).
61.7 kg Lost so far: 0.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It happens. I weighed 135.0 after lunch today…so same (after lunch) as a few weeks ago. Yes I should do it first thing in the morning, I know…
