냐미님, 핫투데이님, 수진님, 수엔님~ 식단양조절과 스피닝 효과가 큰거 같아요~😄 낮에 콩칼 반만 먹은거도 그렇고, 저녁피드는 안올렸는데, 운동 끝나고 편의점에서 사온 닥터유단백질바+삶계1 먹었어요~ 이게 제법 크고 묵직한데 단백질 24g이라 돼있어서 냉큼 집어왔는데, 274kcal이더라는...ㅎㅎ 근데, 포만감도 단백질도 좋은데, 씹는게 힘들고 너무 달아서 담엔 안사려고요~😁
