Have been bedridden for most of 5 days due to extreme pain in both feet...meant no walking, no driving, much rest...to the point I am severely dehydrated and weakened.

My right foot is better today and I have the surgical shoe on the left and will attempt to stay upright most of this day and get some movement in before I totally crash and burn.

I had packed my walker tray with a yogurt, peanut butter, a jello/fruit cup and had 3 meatballs with sauce twice...and cheese once...., some turkey breast and Fritos. And a couple of scrambled eggs with cheese, once. That's all I've eaten since Wednesday....Hoping my appetite stays reduced once I am recovered. I figure it may take 2 weeks to regain some strength. It's been a rough and rocky ride.
102.2 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 29.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

That sounds really tough. I am hoping your recovery continues smoothly and that you have some good, fun-readin' books, or other such entertainment to keep you sane during this time.

While you’re down, you can binge watch some great Netflix shows that you may not normally have time for 😀
