A week on the Atkins has proved to be working. I lost 3lbs in total over 7 days. I even had a cheat day that took me out of ketosis. I became ill with Vertigo and ended up in the hospital for the day on sunday...no choice but to eat a bagel and cookies...eek.

I am in ketosis today for the first time so I anticipate at least another 3lbs this week.

Determined!!!
71.7 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
