Wow, I just looked at your profile. You are doing really awesome. I know how much work it takes to be in your shoes :) I used to weight close to 190 lbs. I've maintained my weight within the 135-140 for the last 5 years, and am just beginning to try to drop the last 10-15 lbs.

Thanks! It has been a lot of work. I also am trying to lose the last 10-15. I backed off of it for a while because it is so very hard, but I'm back on it starting yesterday.
