Note: For those that think it's not possible for your lower and upper abs to swell up just like all the other muscles on your body when they get worked - rest assured, they certainly can.
It's really kinda comical - it almost looks like a "food baby" but it's not. And, "food babies" don't hurt when you laugh, sneeze, or cough. Ha!
