Excited over this loss and it motivates me to keep going tho I realize it is water loss. Drank a caffeine product yesterday coke zero. Usually stay away from caffeine .
65.6 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
