I have 2 kids and a full-time job and have been piling on the weight recently since the lockdown. Before that, I was already on the heavier side, but now I am obese. I have been experiencing more frequent migraines, profuse sweating, and pain in the chest area which has been monumental since I have never been obese in my life and have always had an active lifestyle in my youth. I have decided to put in a lot of effort to reduce my weight at the same time build muscle.
